Taylor Larza to lead new PulteGroup Florida Panhandle division

PulteGroup announced on Monday that it has established a new division in the Florida panhandle. The move builds on its previously announced agreement with The St. Joe Company for up to 2,653 homesites in two Bay County communities, with first-phase development expected in 2027.
